Man to Man Clothing size conversions?

Hello, I need a few sizes converted. Basically, I'm supposed to have a time complete ring girl for the Super Bowl. I will order online, but have no idea of size. I hope someone here can help me. These are each measure could think of. I'm 5'9 "and 165. I use a 42 and a dress shirt size medium. I have a 14 inch neck and as far as I can, I'm 34 chest, 30 waist, hips and 38, but I'm not 100% sure, I measured in the right places. I is average size 8.5 shoes. Any help would be appreciated by the appropriate sizes for the women. I need everything. Also all the stores and styles to look for or avoid when ordering online. Thank you.

I'd say go for a size 8, so another 10 because of its size. Sorry, I do not know about shoes. Good luck:)
