Does anyone know where I could find free patterns for sewing toddler clothes?

I would prefer dresses for my daughter but I can’t seem to find any

Have you looked at resale shops? Gone on www.freecycle.org for your area? You can also make friends with someone who works in a fabric store. When they get ride of old patterns they only have to return the envelope that the pattern is packaged in. I used to work for such a shop and had hundreds of patterns that we were allowed to take home.
